This page describes in detail the complete rules for using the bjaff platform, bonus conditions, payment policy, and user responsibilities.
1 Introduction & Acceptance
bjaff (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. By accessing this platform, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

- Any changes to your account information must be reported to the bjaff support team immediately.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bjaff reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the support team immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the bjaff platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited, and in such cases the relevant funds may be voided.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is successfully submitted, processing is generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may take additional time.
The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. bjaff reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending verification.
3.3 Transaction Fees
bjaff generally does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment service provider may apply its own charges, which are entirely your responsibility.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more still applies a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = after placing a total of ৳10,000 in bets, funds earned from the bonus become withdrawable.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The bonus must be used within the time period set by bjaff.
- Any attempt to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
- bjaff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
bjaff's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Higher tiers can be reached through regular gameplay. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are set separately by bjaff and may change at any time.
5 Game & Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Terms
The bjaff platform offers a variety of games and sports markets including live casino, slots, cricket betting, and football betting. Each game may have its own specific rules, which will be displayed within the game.
If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical error, bjaff reserves the right to settle the relevant bet based on server logs. Winnings may not be claimed by exploiting software errors.
5.2 Sports Betting
Please read the terms of the relevant event carefully before placing a bet in sports betting markets. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be cancelled, however in certain specific circumstances (event cancellation, unresolved result) bjaff reserves the right to reconsider the bet.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Hacking accounts or attempting unauthorized access.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Colluding with other users to gain an advantage.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately suspended or closed and all balances may be forfeited.
6 Security & Privacy
bjaff uses SSL encryption technology to protect each user's personal and financial information. We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties without authorization.

bjaff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Registering with false or misleading information.

- Suspicion of an account being operated on behalf of a minor.
